The Computer Engineering department has organized two week institute level workshop on Python technology.

The content for the workshop was:-

Third year computer engineering student participated in the workshop. They also implemented mini android app with the help of Android.  Mr. Swapnil Ghorpade and Mr. Gauav Bhamre conducted this workshop from 11th July 2018 to 25th July 2018 at DrMSG Seminar Hall.

The Computer Engineering department has organized one day institute level workshop on Android mobile application development technology.

The content for the workshop was:-

Third year computer engineering student participated in the workshop. They also implemented mini android app with the help of Android.  Mr. Swapnil Ghorpade conducted this workshop on 26th September 2017 at DrMSG Seminar Hall.

Gokhale Education Society’s R. H. Sapat College of Engineering Research and Management studies conducted a state level seminar on ” Applications of Soft Computing techniques in research” on 6th April 2018. Dr. D. V. Patil HOD, Computer Engineering department was conveyor for the program.

In computer science, soft computing sometimes referred to as computational intelligence, is the use of inexact solutions to computationally hard tasks such as the solution of NP-complete problems. Soft computing differs from conventional (hard) computing in that, unlike hard computing, it is tolerant of imprecision, uncertainty, partial truth, and approximation. In effect, the role model for soft computing is the human mind. The agenda of the seminar revolves around the principle constitutes of Soft computing and it real time applications using natural language processing, Fuzzy Logic, Neural network, Machine learning and genetic algorithm.

The Speaker for the seminar was Dr. D. V. Patil, Dr. Mrs. S. M. Kamlapurkar, Dr. S. P. Agnihotri, Dr. A. P. Khedkar and Mr S. V. Ghorpade.

Dr. D.V. Patil sir started the session with Introduction to Soft Computing, its Applications, neural network and Fuzzy Basics. The next session was conducted by Dr. A. P. Khedkar mam fro E&TC Department.Mam gave introduction to genetic algorithm and its implementation for solving Travelling Salesman Problem and optimization problem. Dr. S. P. Agnihotri gave introduction to Cuckoo Search and its application in control system. Dr. S.M. Kamalapur gave introduction particle swarm optimization (PSO) and their basic implementations. S. V. Ghorpade sir gave the practical demonstration of implementation of neural network.

Project director prof P. M. Deshpande was chief guest and Mr. Shailesh Gosavi Sir was guest of honor for this program. Our Principal Dr. P. C. Kulkarni Sir gave valuable guidance and support for this program.

The Computer Engineering department has organized one day institute level workshop on Bootstrap-latest web development technology. The Bootstrap is Build responsive, mobile-first projects on the web with the world’s most popular front-end component library. Bootstrap is an open source toolkit for developing with HTML, CSS, and JS. Quickly prototype your ideas or build your entire app with our Sass variables and mixins, responsive grid system, extensive prebuilt components, and powerful plugins built on jQuery.

Third year computer engineering student participated in the workshop. They also implemented mini websites with the help of bootstrap technology. Mr. Swapnil Ghorpade conducted this workshop on 7th September 2017 at DrMSG Seminar Hall.

The Speaker Mr. Veer Vijay Singh amzed student with his various activities and enormous example. He explained how consistency matters in studing . How it is benificial in all aspects of life.

Under the guidance of our Project Director PM Deshpande Sir’s Computer department  scheduled Kabil Bano session of Mr. Imtiyaz Khan, Mumbai for TE,  SE and FE students on 9th and 10th Jan 2018. 9th Jan 2018e at Sir Dr.  MS Gosavi Hall.

The seminar was motivational seminar . Mr. Imtiaz ali shaared his views with student on how to become a good and capable human being. How to be successful not only in career but as a human along with career. How to identify the goals and plan the stratergies to achieve these goal. How to be a confident self inspiring human being. Student were very happy to attend this session. This session was motivational not only to students but also the staff members.

2 days workshop on Redha on ”Redhat Certification basics and Current open source tool to use” was conducted at department of computer engineering by Mr. Aditya Bagul of IRT Techologies Pvt ltd, Nashik . The workshop was conducted from 15th Jan 2018 to 16th Jan 2018. The session was devided in two parts . Morning session was therotical session which covered all the basis of Redhat Ceritification and core Linux basics. The Afternoon session was the practical session where students peformed hands on session on linux .

Some of the student also completed their redhat cerification after this  inspiring workshop. The audience for this workshop was third year students.
